Established in 2004 A.D., CESS Nepal is a nonprofit, non-political, and service-oriented organization under the Department of Civil Engineering, IOE Purwanchal Campus. We are dedicated to the upliftment of civil engineering through training, education, and intellectual discourse. By organizing talk programs and publications, we aim to propel students towards excellence, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world challenges in Civil Engineering and rural technology.
